Account and data requests

To access, correct or delete your data, or to delete your account, email us at the address above with the subject "Data request" and the sign-in identifier of the account. We verify the request and complete it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Common questions

• The app will not open or crashes. Update to the latest version, restart your device, then contact us if it continues.
• Billing and refunds. Purchases made in an app are billed and refunded by Apple or Google. Use your store's purchase history to request a refund.
• Blockchain transactions. Transactions on a public chain are final and cannot be reversed by us.
